**IMPORTANT** Update on Canada Post Strike.

Canada Post has resumed accepting new shipments and the flat fee option is available again.  Please note that Canada Post expects delays into the new year as they work though a backlog of shipments.  Canpar will continue as an option until Dec 23.

**IMPORTANT** As of Friday Nov 15'th the $10 flat fee Canada Post rate is temporarily suspended.

As of Friday Nov 15'th Canada Post workers are on strike and no shipping services will be available through Canada Post.  For the duration of the strike Midnight Vaper will ship all packages via Canpar or similar parcel services.  Rates will vary depending on the delivery location and available services, however the shipping rate you pay at checkout will always be honored.  Midnight Vaper reserves the right to use comparible parcel services for any order placed using Canpar at checkcout.

Shipping and returns:

Midnight Vaper offers shipping anywhere in Canada.  We are unable to ship to the United States.  If you would like to discuss other shipping destinations please contact for support.

All shipments are made via Canada Post Expedited and are charged a flat fee of $10 Canada Wide.

Most shipments where the products are in stock will be processed and delivered to Canada Post within 2 days of your order being placed.  The majority of shipments can ship the same day the order is placed so long as the order is received before 2pm Eastern Standard Time (Business days only as Canada Post does not ship on weekends or holidays).

Orders will not be processed or shipped until payment has been made.

Returns due to damaged or non functioning products will be handled by Canada Post at no charge to the customer.  Please contact for assistance.

Returns for any reason other than damanged or non functioning hardware will not be permitted or accepted unless expressly agreed to.

While it is not mandatory, it is appreciated if a phone number is included with your shipping information.  This helps Midnight Vaper reach you if there is an issue with your order and also helps Canada Post for any issues related to your shipping address or the delivery of your package.  Our shipping and or payment partners are the only entities we may provide your phone number to and only for the express purpose of fufilling your order.  You will not be added to ANY phone or mailing list or advertising service.
