**SHIPPING UPDATE**

Midnight Vaper is returning to Canada Post for shipments.  Sadly after 13 years it is no longer possible to offer flat fee shipping rates.  Shipping costs have gone up considerably over the last few years and even more now that Canada Post is restructuring.  Shipping rates will now vary by location.  Canada Post is still the cheapest and often fastest reasonable option.  If you would like to discuss other shipping options feel free to contact.  A backup option has been added in case anyone has issues checking out with Canada Post, as new regions have been created.  If you do have issues or if Canada Post is not an option you can select the backup option and contact for assistance.

Shipping and returns:

Midnight Vaper offers shipping anywhere in Canada.  We are unable to ship to the United States due to the PACT Act regulations.  If you would like to discuss other shipping destinations please contact for support.

All shipments are made via Canada Post Expedited unless otherwise arranged.  After many years of offering Flat Fee shipping, it is no longer feasible.  Shipping rates are now set according to the province or territory they are sent to.  In SOME cases the cost of shipping will be reduced based on the order total.  Discounts based on the order total may activate at a certain price points such as $75 or $150 or both (pre tax).  For the areas that do not receive a discount based on price they are already receiving as good a shipping rate as can be afforded.

Most shipments where the products are in stock will be processed and delivered to Canada Post within 2 days of your order being placed.  The majority of shipments can ship the same day the order is placed so long as the order is received before 1pm Eastern Standard Time (Business days only as Canada Post does not ship on weekends or holidays).

Orders will not be processed or shipped until payment has been made.

Returns due to damaged or non functioning products will be handled by Canada Post at no charge to the customer.  Please contact for assistance.

Returns for any reason other than damaged or non functioning hardware will not be permitted or accepted unless expressly agreed to.

While it is not mandatory, it is appreciated if a phone number is included with your shipping information.  This helps Midnight Vaper reach you if there is an issue with your order and also helps Canada Post for any issues related to your shipping address or the delivery of your package.  Our shipping partners are the only entities we may provide your phone number to and only for the express purpose of fufilling your order.  You will not be added to ANY phone or mailing list or advertising service.
