Suitable for regulated mods. *NOTE* Due to the HRL layer these batteries are slightly taller than most flat top 18650 batteries. If your device can fit a button top battery you should be fine. If a normal flat top battery is a tight fit than this will not fit.

Panasonic NCR (unprotected) Hybrid batteries are made in Japan and feature a Heat Resistant Layer to help prevent overheating. At 3400mAh these batteries give one of the highest capacity ratings found in 'safer chemistry' 18650 batteries. NCR batteries also have the benefit of low minimum discharge levels (2.4v) however most regulated devices will not take full advantage of it as most will stop functioning around 3.2v.
Suitable for regulated 18650 devices at low to moderate voltage/wattage and standard to moderately low resistances. Because of the Heat Resistant layer these batteries are a bit taller than the average flat top 18650 battery, so if your device has a tight fitting battery compartment you may need to chose a different battery.
